We are a team of individuals who have been significantly involved in the Community Association Management industry with more than twenty years of combined experience. We are a “boutique” management company with a portfolio of sixteen associations ranging from 5 to 241 units, with annual budgets between $50,000 and $1,500,000. We specialize in all types of condominiums, mixed-used, high/mid-rises, and homeowner’s association.
At ST&R Portfolio Management, our management strategy is highly individualistic. We strategize the management plan to meet with individual community’s goals and needs. The management plan consists of covenant enforcement, effective communication between Board and Portfolio Manager, Association’s asset protection, routine/preventative maintenance, and continuing education for the Board and their community.
