Tarra Eshgh is the founder and owner of ST&R Portfolio Management, a venture she established in March 2015. Originally from California, Tarra spent her early years in Thailand before relocating to Seattle, Washington, where she has since made her home.

Growing up in a family business in Bellevue, WA, Tarra developed a strong entrepreneurial spirit. She attended the University of Washington, earning a degree in Global Studies with a minor in Policy Studies. After graduation, she prepared for law school while beginning her career in the condominium and HOA management sector with one of Washington’s largest management companies. Over the years, her experience in this industry led her to shift her aspirations from pursuing a legal career to leading her own company.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Tarra is a devoted pet owner to two dogs—a Pomeranian and an Australian Shepherd—and enjoys a fulfilling life with her spouse, whom she met in the industry. Currently, Tarra is focused on finding a healthy work-life balance, spending quality time with family and friends, indulging in her passion for reading and collecting books, traveling abroad for vacations, and enjoying what she fondly refers to as "shopping therapy."

As a leading professional in the condominium and HOA industry, Tarra believes that earning the highest credentials is a testament to her commitment as a community association manager. To this end, she has achieved all three key certifications: Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM).
